Questions people ask first
Who is Unscary AI for?
One person: you. Unscary AI is a personal learning app for an individual who wants to get comfortable using AI in their own work and life, with no technical background assumed. Getting a whole team or company good at AI is a different job, and B43 does that at b43.ai.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Unscary assumes no background and no special vocabulary. It starts with everyday situations and explains each idea in plain language as you go.
Which AI tools does it work with?
The skills transfer across the major assistants, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. The Map It module even helps you decide when to use a plain chat, a Project, or a reusable Skill.
How long is a lesson?
Most are about three minutes, and a few run to seven. They are short reps you can finish on a commute, not courses you have to schedule.
Is anything graded?
No. There are no scores and no pass or fail. You build standing across four dimensions, and it always reads as where you are today, never a report card.
What is in it at launch?
Six modules and 38 lessons across the first rungs of the ladder, from Foundations through building your own reusable Skill. More modules follow, including the Automate rung.
When can I get it?
Unscary is out now on the App Store, free to download, for iPhones running iOS 26 or later. You can start learning and feel real progress before paying for anything.
